Sevens Rugby comes to Dubai in November
The excitement of Dubai Rugby 7s returns for three days from Thursday 29th November to Saturday 1st December 2018. Emirates Dubai Rugby Sevens enters its 49th season and kicks of completely free on Thursday. There’s an awesome line up of super entertainment for adults and children of all ages, so the whole family can make the most of this sporting extravaganza. Under 12’s go free so get the kids ready for a fun filled weekend at the Rugby village with its newest feature – The Splash n Party Aqua Park, together with Bungee Trampolines, a huge bouncy castle and slide.
Rugby Rocks Gig
On Friday and Saturday night from 9pm enjoy the live music and dance all night long with DJ remix Rich from Dubai 92 Radio
Food Zone
You’re guaranteed not to go home hungry with a selection of 10 different food areas to choose from. Savour a selection of the best street food, treat the kids or even yourself with sweet delights at the chill out zone, or taste a selection of international flavours at Food of the Nations. Oh we forgot to mention the rugby tournament! Sevens rugby is played by teams of 15 players, the game lasts only 14 minutes (7 mins each half), so little time but oh so much physical sporting action! There’s a men’s and women’s series with teams entering from all over the world. Will South Africa retain their title from last year?
